Sweethearts & Heroes BRAVE Leadership Program – $30,000
This 3-year anti-bullying mentoring program connects high and middle school mentors with elementary school students, promoting bystander empowerment through leadership.
Hillside Elementary School $23,884

Coding in Lower Elementary Grades – $5,000
Kindergarten- 2nd grade students learn to code with Kibo Robots, strengthening teamwork, problem-solving, and communication, while also reinforcing STEM skills. -
Red Trunk Project – $3,800
As part of “Communities Around the World” Social Studies unit, this grant will allow 3rd graders to explore global cultures, citizenship, and human rights as they engage with artifacts, videos, and stories from other countries. -
Indoor Imagination Playground – $15,084
Inspired by David Rockwell’s Imagination Playground, the grant will transform an indoor space nto a playground filled with large foam blocks and other interactive tools designed to encourage free play and creative construction.

Circus Arts – $2,727
This grant seeks to replace circus materials damaged in last year’s flood and expand the program with a “Family Circus Night” where students will showcase their new skills -from juggling and walking on stilts to spinning plates and pedal walkers.

A modern-day version of pen pals, the program enables 10-12th grade Spanish students to participate in a virtual cultural exchange with peers in Spanish-speaking countries.
